These instructions explain how to connect a Windows RT tablet computer (aka “Windows 8 ARM”) to the eduroam wireless network. If your Windows 8 computer is not an ARM / RT device you should follow these instructions instead.
Add the steps involved:
Download and run the eduroam Windows RT set-up wizard
N.B. If you have downloaded the wizard in the past, delete the copy you have, and download it again from the link above. This will ensure you are using the latest version.
Click Yes if you are prompted about installing the Comodo AddTrust External CA Root certificate
Once the set-up wizard has completed, choose eduroam from the list of available wireless networks, and click connect
Enter your RBC username with @bruford.ac.uk on the end firstname.lastname@example.org
Enter your password, and click Ok
