Sometimes a Word document can become corrupt, especially if being created for a number of other document sources (using copy/paste) which will prevent it from being printed or exported to PDF

This is being caused by hidden content behind a broken 'break' - section or new page

To locate and remove the offending 'break' change the document view to 'Outline' mode

The look through the document at each of the 'breaks'

and find the one that is showing text after it that does not appear in the 'Print Layout' view - probably at the end of the document, select the break and text and press the delete key to remove it

Now when you switch back to 'Print Layout' view the document will print and export correctly
