All staff and students can access other users calendar to see 'free/busy' time, unless you have been given specific permissions to view more detail

To access another users calendar to see 'free/busy' time log into your OWA email then click on the icon in the top left hand corner (with the nine white dots) and select calendar

Then select 'Add calendar' and then 'From directory' in the drop down list

Then type the name of the persons calendar you want to access

And then search the directory

The calendar will then be listed on under 'My calendars' in the left hand side navigation
