If you have an issue where Outlook 2016/2019 on Windows 10 giving one of these errors whenever you try to click on a link: “This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator” or “Your organization’s policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk”.
This caused by Windows forgetting which application (Edge browser) to open the links
Then go to 'Settings' (gear icon on start menu) then 'Apps' then click on the default apps link on the left-hand side
Then scroll down until you see 'Web browser' and click on it
Then reselect the 'Choose an app' of 'Microsoft Edge'
Then close the settings box and restart Outlook and your links will now work normally when clicked on in an email
