If using the Microsoft OWA app on either an IOS or Android device and when opening the app it just displays the starting screen
Or becomes unresponsive when trying to read emails you should first try to reset the application by following the following steps:
- Click settings
- Select OWA application (towards the bottom of the list) then turn on the setting 'Reset Application'
- Re-open the app and try again
If the above does not resolve the problem, just uninstall the OWA app (by deleting it from your device) and re-download the OWA app from the App store again - you will need to reconfigure the app again when you first run it, details here for students or here for staff
