Every student and member of staff has access to OneDrive as part of the Office 365 OWA account, with 1TB of free storage.

OneDrive is Microsoft's cloud based storage system and is accessible from any internet connected device 

OneDrive was formally know as SkyDrive, this name change was undertaken by Microsoft in Feb 2014

You can access your OneDrive account either via your O365 OWA email web (student) or O365 Secure Shared Areas (staff) interface by clicking on the 'OneDrive' button after clicking on the Office button in the top left hand corner

Or you can use an app on your tablet or smartphone

Login using your college SSO UPN which is your username suffixed with '' (example if your username is abc123 then enter as the username) and your current SSO password

You will then see your OneDrive files and you can upload by either clicking on the 'Upload' button or dragging files onto the indicated area

If you are using an IOS app, please make sure it is the Microsoft OneDrive app
