If you have problems accessing or connecting to the colleges wireless services, please check the following on your device

  • Ensure that the IPv4 network settings are set to DHCP (usually the default setting)

  • Ensure that your have not set static DNS server(s) in the connection properties - you can only use the college DNS assigned as part of the DHCP process (see previous note)

  • If you have any third party web filtering protection, try disabling it, as it can interfere with the initial authentication process. If this resolves your issue then you need to add a white-list entry for the domain '*' in you web filtering settings
